How Agent C asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini your buyers’ questions every week, and how to read your AI citation score.
What Agent C asks
Agent C writes the questions your buyers ask, such as “who is the best studio for this in my city”, and puts them to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. For each answer it records which businesses were named and which websites were cited as sources.
You can edit the questions, or choose Write new questions to start again.
How to read the results
- Score: the share of answers that name your business.
- Cited as a source: the share of answers that link to your website.
- Named instead: the other businesses the assistants recommended.
- Score over time: your score from one week to the next.
How often it checks
Agent C asks again every week. To check now, choose Check AI answers again.
Sharing a report
Open Share report to email it, or to copy it as text or Markdown for a client or a colleague.
AI answers change from one day to the next, even for the same question. Read the trend over several weeks rather than a single check.
