Connect your CRM
Connect your CRM to Agent C to see your leads and ask questions about them in plain words. What it reads and what it never changes.
What it does
With a CRM connected, the Leads area shows your leads, and you can ask about your leads in plain words, for example “which leads have not been contacted this month?”.
What you need
Agent C connects to a CRM that offers a web API returning your leads as JSON. You will need:
- API address: the address that lists your leads.
- Key: an API key or token from your CRM.
- How the key is sent: as a Bearer token, an X-API-Key header or a custom header. Your CRM’s API documentation says which.
What Agent C reads
Lead name, company, email, phone, city, status, source, owner, value, notes and dates. Agent C reads your CRM; it does not change or delete your CRM records.
When you ask about your leads, the relevant lead details are sent to OpenAI to write the answer.
